The Hero Factory Call Center is the forum area where users may ask for help on how to use the Wikia software, navigate the site, or structure articles. Keep in mind that all users should review all the policy pages to see if their question can be answered there before using the forums.

Remember the forum guidelines—this is not a general discussion board. If you want to discuss a topic that is not in the forum index, you may create a new user blog, or go to the Wiki Metru Forums. The IRC may be used for chatting with other editors.
