The Hero Factory, after having beaten Von Nebula for the first time, was not able to stop the Nebulus Arm for some time. In a try to stop the group created by Von Nebula, they found out several of the attacked locations were connected. Notable were the several attacks and scouting missions in the Milky Way. Knowing the armies of Earth couldn't stop the Nebulus Arm, they send several agents, in a Quaza Colossus Ship, to Earth. There, they planted the ship inside the atmosphere, effectively gaining their own headquarters inside the Milky Way...
