So with the end of Hero Factory near on the horizon I'm suddenly reminded of how little I've actually done to promote Jenny Sharp, in recent months.
While this is in part because I haven't been collecting too many of the Invasion From Below sets, I nonetheless feel I have perhaps been neglecting my duties as the owner of the site's mascot, to continually revamp and photograph her in accordance with each wave of sets.
Well I'm pleased to announce that won't be the case for much longer.
My final exam takes place this coming Friday and I will thus be reunited with my colorful plastic collection once I return home that evening. Shortly afterwards I'll be releasing a flurry of new MOCs, at least two of which will be revamps of Sharp in some capacity, as well as my first official attempt at a Hero Factory battle mech. I previously released a WIP image of Sharp's mech way back in July which, let's face it, wasn't all that spectacular. While it may at least compete with some of the officially released sets, it isn't really befitting of seating our wiki mascot's metallic rump.
Rest assured a better, vastly more complex, visually interesting revamp is in store for release in the very near future.
This new form will also come with a few revamps of Sharp's past forms. So, please, if there are features of her previous incarnations that you really don't want to see make a return, or if you really feel Sharp 2.0 needs at least four arms and 20 squid shooters, make your requests known to me in the comments of this blog.
With the discontinuation of Hero Factory I think it's also logical for me to put my fan-fiction story on official hiatus (shocker, right?). While I will still be around adding content to my pages I'll mostly be making MOCs and updating my articles. Don't expect any new stories.
